Moulton Logistics is much more than just a fulfillment resource, a place where you
go when you need someone to pick, pack and ship your products to customers.
Sure, we do a great job of fulfillment, but “fulfillment” doesn’t really capture the
many ways we use advanced technology and integrated logistics to help make our
clients more efficient, more controlled and, yes, more profitable.
Fulfillment dashboard with streaming charts. We have
made a big investment in online reporting. Our Web-based
dashboard provides clients with an easy-to-use interface for
tracking and trending their fulfillment information. Streaming
charts give clients a graphical view of their orders versus
actual shipments, or shipments versus returns, so they can get
an instant pulse of their business.
Web-based CRM system. Our order management system—
we call it “Order Vision”— allows clients to manage their
orders from anywhere in the world via the internet. This powerful system is a full-blown CRM
platform that can be used to power an inbound or customer service call center that is fully-integrated with our brick-and-mortar fulfillment operations.
Order file scheduling and address cleansing. We have a system that constantly checks for
order files from numerous call centers and Web sources. It is scheduled to check FTP and Web
locations on a routine basis, pick up the files, decrypt and address-check them. If addresses are
bad, the system attempts to fix them.
Best way shipping. Our system is designed to identify the best shipping method for each
order by analyzing the weight and dimensions of each package, the delivery address, its priority
(i.e. is it a rush order?) and other variables.
