FOR THE RECORD:
In an article entitled “New Jersey Attorney Targets Marketers in
Putative Class Actions” that appeared in the April 2010 edition of
Response Magazine, authors Andrew Lustigman and Scott Shaffer
stated, “as noted by one court, (Harold) Hoffman has reportedly
made product purchases using false names and addresses.” The
authors acknowledge that no court has ever issued such notation,
statement or opinion. Response and the authors regret the error.
